ATLANTA, Oct. 14, 2024 - Georgia Oak Partners, an Atlanta-based investment firm, today announced that Corey Clemons has been promoted to Vice President.

Corey joined the Georgia Oak team as Senior Associate in July 2023 after working as a Finance Manager for ServiceMaster, as well as a Senior Financial Analyst for TireHub. Previously, Corey was an Associate for J.P. Morgan.

In his new role as Vice President, Corey will be taking a more active role in the investment process by leading due diligence, and serving as liaison between investors, lenders, legal counsel, and new portfolio company leadership teams.
