Jeff Tankersley has joined Septic Blue as Chief Executive Officer. Jeff has deep experience in driving fast growth at fleet-based organizations, while also reducing costs and increasing safety.
Prior to joining Septic Blue, Jeff served as CEO and Managing Director for TOI TOI USA, a private equity-held global company. He significantly grew revenue through the strategic acquisition of 12 companies over 24 months. He led the sourcing, execution, and integration of these transactions. At the same time, he established the company’s first safety and compliance program, reducing insurance premiums and worker compensation costs. Jeff is a culture builder who leads with a humble and “roll up sleeves” style.
Previously, he was Senior Director of Compliance Services for ACERTUS, where he launched a compliance services startup from scratch to profitability in a short period of time. Before that, Jeff was President of a transportation startup, as well as Vice President of Fleet Compliance & Safety for First Advantage. He has a BBA in Business Leadership from Belhaven University, an Executive MBA from Bethel University, and an MS in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Arkansas.
Septic Blue was founded in 2010 by Bob Minkert, a home services industry veteran. Bob successfully grew Septic Blue to become a leading septic company in Atlanta, Charlotte, and Raleigh. Bob will remain active at Septic Blue as he continues his role on the company’s Board of Directors.
Georgia Oak partnered with Septic Blue in November 2023.
